As an organisation we believe it's important to support those at all levels within our local branch communities, that is why we support a wide range of organistations from grassroots levels to the higher league positions

Charities of the Year 2024

We are delighted to announce our continued support of Mind UK and Prostate Cancer UK. Two charities which are very close to the hearts of many of our James Burrell team and also very closely linked to many of our customers within the construction industry. We are passionate about giving back, which is why we take part in various fundraising activities throughout the year to raise much needed funds for these two charities as well as raise awareness of the amazing things they do. We managed to raise an enormous amount of money for both charities back in 2023, so we can't wait to see where our fundraising efforts take us by the end of 2024.

Mind are a mental health charity who are their to offer supportive and reliable information that can change people's lives. They empower people to understand their mental health and the choices available to them.

Prostate Cancer UK's top priority is funding research to stop prostate cancer killing men. They're investing millions to find better treatments and better tests that can spot fast-growing cancers early and could be used in a screening programme to save thousands of lives.

We'll be taking part in different fundraising events across our branches over the next year, so keep your eyes peeled and help support our fundraising mission as best you can.
