Our personnel in accounts and administration have significant experience in the building industry giving them an excellent understanding of customer needs brought through talking to our customers on a regular basis. This ensures we provide a high level of customer support to sales and purchasing departments as well as individual tradespeople.

We pride ourselves at invoicing our customers accurately, at the prices they were expecting to pay, minimising invoice queries, getting it right first time, resolving queries quickly, producing PODs, issuing credit notes, we like to to run a tidy ship.

Open a Credit Account

To open a credit account with James Burrell please download the application form by clicking on the link below (please also read the terms and conditions of sales before applying) and return it to either your local branch or to our credit control team at Gateshead. Get in touch by emailing billymcathey@jamesburrell.com.

Please note: Incomplete applications cannot be processed.

On receipt of an application form a member of our credit control team will carry out credit checks to determine an agreed initial credit limit. This limit can increase or reduce due to varying factors such as payment history but we will keep you informed on this.

Invoices and Payment

Invoices and statements can be either emailed, faxed or posted.

Payments can made via:

• Online bank payment (B.A.C.S) 
• Cash at your local James Burrell branch
